The Service System Manager (SSM) is pleased to provide Durham Region’s Employment Services Providers with access to Evolution Group’s on-demand Optimize Employer Engagement Program.
Designed for managers and team members, this learning journey aims to align and improve job seeker and employer services. It focuses on establishing long-term, reciprocal employer relationships to assist all job seekers, particularly Stream C clients, to secure and maintain employment.
